Helping creative minds find confidence, clarity and authenticity through personal coaching

When your product is ideas. Your mindset is as valuable as your skillset.

Most of us are drawn to creativity because it brings us joy. It feels amazing to see something go from an idea to reality. Despite this, too many people working in the creative industries face hurdles that can be difficult to overcome without somebody present to listen, understand and work through challenges such as imposter syndrome, creative block, and transitioning to leadership.

Neuroplasticity: Your ability to think different.

Neurological studies show that our thought proccesses are changeable when exposed to new learnings and experiences. This is called neuroplasticity. Personal coaching provides these learnings and experiences to facilitate changes in our outlook, self-image and ultimately our daily behaviours

FAQs

Is this just for creatives?
Not at all. We view creativity in the sense that everybody has the ability to think creatively about their roles and progression. So whether you're a start-up founder,  a project manager or a creative director, coaching can facilitate real growth and progress towards your goals.

Are you professionally trained?
Yes! Andy has completed an ICF* accredited course in Business and Personal Coaching and has undergone over 100 hours of training. This means the coaching would occur within a tried and tested ethical framework leaving the coachee feeling supported, autonomous, and engaged. We are looking to grow to a team of coaches and as we grow we will only work with the same standard and above.

What is coaching?
Coaching is helping people reach their full potential by facilitating self-discovery and creating positive change through a supportive and empowering series of dialogues and exercises, often with a focus on personal development, growth and leadership.
Coaching vs mentoring?
What Is Mentoring?
Mentoring is a relationship where an experienced individual shares their knowledge, skills, and advice to guide someone in their personal or professional growth. It is based on the mentor’s own experiences and insights.

How Is Coaching Different?
Coaching is a facilitation process that empowers individuals to define and pursue their own goals based on their personal values. Unlike mentoring, coaching does not involve giving direct advice. Instead, the coach provides structure and guidance, helping the coachee find their own answers.

Blending the two?
While mentoring and coaching can overlap, coaching places greater emphasis on self-discovery and autonomy.
We offer a blend of both approaches, drawing on our coaches’ unique expertise to best support each individual.
Is it online or in-person?
Whatever suits you best. We are based in the North West of England with workspaces in Manchester and Liverpool so if you are within an hour of travel, we are happy to meet for face-to-face sessions.

If you're further afield or would prefer online, this also works well for us too.
A blend of the two can be a great experience.
How much is would it cost?
To begin with, we always offer a free 30 minute trial so you can see if it's for you.
From there we can arrange a package that suits your needs. Prices start from £120 per session based on your seniority.
How many sessions would I need?
Each person is different based on what kind of change they are looking to see. As a benchmark, we say that 6 sessions over 6 months is a good starting point to give enough time between sessions to take action. Ultimately, it is you or your employer who decides the cadence and amount of sessions you would like and we are happy to accommodate your needs.
Isn't this just like therapy?
What Is Therapy?
Therapy focuses on exploring past experiences, processing unresolved trauma, and addressing mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, and OCD. It is typically used to heal emotional wounds and improve psychological well-being.

How Is Coaching Different?
Coaching is future-focused. While it may touch on past experiences to identify limiting beliefs, it does not dwell on them. Coaching is about moving forward and creating actionable strategies for personal and professional growth.
Although coaching can complement therapy, it is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment. If someone is experiencing significant psychological distress, therapy should be the primary approach, with coaching serving as a supportive tool where appropriate.
What if my staff member leaves?
"62% of organizations with a strong coaching culture reported improved retention of top performers."  - Human Capital Institute (HCI)

Coaching is designed to help individuals grow, develop, and reach their full potential. While it’s natural to worry that personal growth might lead an employee to seek new opportunities, the reality is that investing in coaching often increases engagement, loyalty, and performance.
When employees feel supported and valued, they’re more likely to stay and contribute meaningfully.

If a staff member does eventually move on, it’s often because they’ve outgrown their role—something that would likely happen regardless. The key is fostering a culture where growth is encouraged, which can actually improve retention and attract top talent.
Would you rather have an employee who stays stagnant, or one who thrives and elevates your business in the process? Great leaders develop people, and coaching helps you do just that.
